The Relationship of Serum C-reactive Protein and Uric Acid with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和尿酸(UA)水平与冠心病(CHD)之间的关系。方法检测64例经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者和88名正常对照者的血清CRP和UA水平及其相关血脂生化指标。结果CHD组血清CRP、UA、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元回归分析显示CHD的发病与TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C有关。结论血清C反应蛋白和高尿酸血症常和CHD的危险因子并存,并非是CHD的独立危险因素。 Objective To explore the relationship between coronary heart disease (CHD) and serum C-reactive protein(CRP),uric acid(UA).Methods Sixty-four patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease by angiography and eighty-eight healthy controls were measured the following coefficients:CRP,UA,total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) using method of HITACHI 7600-020 made in Japan.Results The levels of CRP,UA,TC,TG,LDL-C in coronar...
