摘要
目的观察高温、饥饿和低氧情况下对血液流变学的影响。方法健康中国白兔40只,雌雄各半,以完全随机分高温组、饥饿组、低氧组和对照组共4个组,每组10只。高温组放入电热恒温箱内控制温度在42℃±0.5℃,时间为30min,低氧组用8.5%氮氧混合气体,以一橡皮管经孔插入培养箱内供给,时间为30min;饥饿组禁食、禁水24h;设对照组比较。实验结束后,行静动脉采血,进行血液流变学指标的测定。结果与对照组比较,低氧组和饥饿组全血粘度值升高(P<0.05)和红细胞聚集指数升高(P<0.05)。低氧组红细胞变形指数升高(P<0.05)。饥饿组血沉方程K值加快(P<0.05)。结论饥饿和低氧环境变化对血液流变学有一定影响,而高温对血液流变学影响不大。
