基于PLC控制器在砌块成型机上的应用

Application on building block forming machine based on PLC controller

随着建筑的发展和保护土地资源意识的加强,砌块成型制砖机得到了发展,自动化程度不断提高。本文介绍了砌块成型机的工艺过程及工艺要求,阐述了基于PLC控制器为控制核心,在生产工艺基础上利用PLC控制器来实现砌块成型机,给出了砌块成型机的硬件构造和软件编程的实现方式。

With the rapid development of construction industry and increase consciousness of protection land resource,the building block forming machine has developed in the construction industry and advanced in the automation degree.Technologic process and demands is introduced in the paper.Control core is designed with the PLC.On the basis of manufacture process,the building block forming machine is achieved based on PLC.Hardware structure and software programme are provided in the paper.
