音乐干预对降低脊髓损伤患者焦虑状态的疗效研究

Clinical effect research of anxiety reduction for patients with spinal cord injury by music intervention

目的应用中国版状态焦虑量表(C-SAI)了解音乐干预对降低脊髓损伤患者焦虑状态的临床效果。方法对2005年5~11月在四川大学华西医院骨科收治的脊髓损伤的患者,选择符合纳入标准的患者60例,按入院先后顺序将研究对象随机分为音乐干预组和对照组。干预组根据患者的意愿选择自己喜欢的音乐,戴上耳机,采取舒适的姿势,闭上眼睛。对照组的患者不用音乐,同样采取舒适的姿势,闭上眼睛,休息30 min。结果与干预前相比,干预之后音乐干预组的状态焦虑得分由以前的50.64分下降到39.56分,对照组由以前的50.70分下降到50.02分。音乐干预组与对照组干预前后状态焦虑水平比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论音乐干预对降低脊髓损伤患者的焦虑水平有显著效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of music intervention on spinal-injury patients by applying C-SAI.
