术后放疗对乳腺癌患者近期生存质量影响的研究

Study for the effect of postoperative radiotherapy on recent quality of life for patients with breast cancer

目的观察放疗对乳腺癌术后患者近期生存质量的影响。方法应用EORTC QLQ-C30和QLQ-BR23对66例乳腺癌改良根治术后放疗的患者进行生存质量调查,并分析年龄、学历、城乡及放射性皮肤反应等因素的影响。结果患者放疗期间生存质量虽有降低趋势,但仅乳房症状领域P<0.05。放疗结束后1月生存质量各领域恢复较快,大部分领域恢复到放疗前水平。亚组分析,高学历(≥高中)、低龄(<45岁)、城镇、皮肤无湿性反应的患者生存质量评分优于低学历(<高中)、高龄(≥45岁)、农村、皮肤有湿性反应的患者。结论放疗对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者近期生存质量有轻度影响,低龄、高学历、城镇、皮肤无湿性反应的患者有较好的生存质量。

Objective To observe the effect of radiotherapy on short-term quality of life for patients with breast cancer after surgery.
