摘要
制备了不同La含量的Ni-La/γ-Al2O3·SiO2催化剂,采用XRD、TPR和XPS等对催化剂进行了表征,结果显示,催化剂中加入La之后,能提高Ni的分散度。分别考察了水醇比和温度对La质量分数为5%的催化剂性能的影响,发现当水醇摩尔比为4.0时,氢气选择性650℃时达到99.0%,CO选择性400℃时只有0.7%。还对该催化剂进行了稳定性测试,结果表明,在整个100h稳定性测试过程中不产生乙烯,氢气的选择性保持在67.2%左右,总积炭量仅仅为8.6mg/(gcat·h),具有良好的稳定性和抗积炭性能。
Ni-La/γ-Al2O3·SiO2 catalysts with different La contents were prepared,and the structure and surface characteristics of the catalyst were measured with XRD,TPR,and XPS.
