在介绍中国大力扶持生物质能产业发展的宏观政策前提下,从原料供应途径和技术路线选择两方面分析了中国生物柴油的发展现状,从原料成本、政策支持、生产技术和资金投入四个角度揭示了中国生物柴油发展存在的主要问题,由此提出产业规划、市场标准、技术体系和财税扶持等促进中国生物柴油产业发展的对策,并建议注意环境影响,充分发挥清洁发展机制和自愿减排机制的作用,为决策提供参考。
