摘要
我国高校推行聘用制已有二十余年,问卷调查的结果显示高校聘用制条件下教师流动出现了新特点,而其师资稳定管理模式在从行政型向契约型转变过程中存在诸多欠缺,提取这些调查信息为高校在新的制度环境下有效稳定师资队伍提供了线索。
The system of employment has been implemented for over twenty years in universities in Chi- na.The questionnaire survey shows that the system of employment gives arise to new character of teach- er flowing,but the management of keeping staff hadn t be transformed from administrative mode to contractual mode.The questionnaire survey has some revelations about how to keep staff in the new sys- tem.
