A Study on the Mechanism Innovation of University Sci&Tech Park Incubators in China

现从运行机制上分析我国大学孵化器功能存在问题的四方面原因,从建立孵化器企业化运作机制、员工持股和期权激励机制、理顺大学科技园的管理体制、建立孵化器发展战略联盟机制、建立大学和科技因人员双向流动机制、建立产学研紧密合作机制等7个方面提出孵化器机制创新的途径。
