郊区化高校资源的开发与利用——结构功能主义视角下郊区政府功能建设思考

Exploitation and Application of the Resources of Suburbanized Universities——Thoughts on building suburban government from the perspective of structural functionalism

近几年来,随着高校新校区建设热潮的掀起以及"大学城"的出现,高等教育功能区外迁于郊区的趋势在我国愈渐明朗。但是由于多种原因导致郊区政府在面对优越的郊区化高校资源时往往不能发挥政府的建设性职能。分析高校郊区化背景下郊区政府对高校资源的开发利用现状与困境,在结构功能主义视角下郊区地方政府可以积极发挥积极服务、参与合作、引导规范等三种功能来引导郊区化高校更好的为郊区发展服务,促进高校与政府间以及郊区社会系统间的良性互动,加快郊区城市化的步伐。

The suburbanized universities and colleges are at large nowadays in China.However,the sub- urban governments can not operate well facing the abundance of resources of suburbanized universities. This article analyzes the current situation and the dilemma of the exploitation and application of the re- sources and puts forward some suggestions on bettering the functions of the government.
