摘要
介绍了某厂CG125摩托车发动机润滑系统的设计思路和方法,同时介绍了循环供油量和机油压力的经验估计方法。台架试验、耐久试验和实际使用表明,所设计的CG125摩托车发动机润滑系统具有良好的润滑、冷却和清洗效果。
A method of lubrication system design for CG125 motorcycle engine was introduced.The basic principles and methods for the determination of oil pump and oil pressure were illustrated.The results of bench test,endurance test and practical use show the designed lubrication system has good lubrication,cooling and cleaning effect.
