一种深海高压阀的双向密封结构设计及实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决深海取样中双向密封的困难,设计了带平衡阀芯的深海高压阀,高压阀选用耐高温、耐腐蚀、高强度工程塑料PEEK加工整体阀芯,采用PEEK阀芯-钛合金阀套的密封方式,并对这种阀的使用寿命进行了分析。实验表明,设计的高压阀在一定的使用寿命内能零泄漏双向密封70 MPa的高压水。该高压阀已在深海热液采样器上获得成功应用。 A deep sea high pressure valve with pressure balanced poppet was designed to resolve the problem of bidirectional seal in the deep sea sampling devices.The plastic material PEEK was used to design the poppet,which features high strength,thermal tolerant and corrosion resistant.The PEEK poppet-titanium alloy seating is the highlight of the high pressure valve.The life of this valve was tested and analyzed.It is proved that the high pressure valve can achieve bidirectional zero leakage sealing under 70 MPa pr...
