摘要
利用HTWY180-MK激光焊接机在45#钢基体表面熔覆了含Y2O3的镍基TiC金属陶瓷复合涂层,研究了稀土Y2O3对激光熔覆镍基金属陶瓷复合涂层组织及性能的影响。结果表明:在镍基金属陶瓷复合层中加入一定量的稀土氧化物Y2O3,可有效改善熔覆层的组织及性能,减少复合涂层中的裂纹、孔洞、杂质,加速熔覆层中TiC颗粒的溶解,并改善了TiC颗粒的形状,同时使得激光熔覆层的组织及硬度更加均匀。在本文所述试验条件下,熔覆层中添加稀土氧化物Y2O3最佳质量分数为0.5%。
The Ni-based metal-ceramic coatings were cladded on the surface of 45 steel by a HTWY180-MK laser soldering machine.The effects of rare-earth oxide Y2O3 on microstructure and properties of Ni-based metal-ceramic coatings were investigated.The result shows that the microstructure and properties of clad coatings with Y2O3 are better than these of the coatings without Re-oxide,and the crackle,holes,inclusions in the coatings with Y2O3 are reduced and TiC particles become round and smooth.At the condition of ex...
