食管覆膜支架在食管癌33例中的应用分析

The clinical practice and analysis of implantation of polyethylene-covered esophagealstent in 33 patients with esophageal cancer

目的:探讨食管腹膜支架在良恶性食管狭窄中的应用及并发症。方法:对33例晚期食管癌(其中2例食管气管瘘,1例食管纵隔瘘,5例手术后吻合口狭窄)患者置入食管腹膜支架。结果:32例患者术后吞咽困难完全解除或明显缓解,1例术后呛咳无缓解。有效率为96%。1例置入3d后死亡;1例置入8月后支架断裂。1例术后剧烈疼痛,1周后死亡。1例术后呛咳无缓解,仍进食困难。结论:金属食管内支架是解决晚期食管癌梗阻或食管气管瘘的有效方法。

Objective:To discuss the function of polyethylene-covered esophageal stent in benign or malignant esophageal obstruction.
