成年人肾脏的表观扩散系数研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究健康成年人肾脏ADC值的特点。方法:对60例泌尿系统正常的健康志愿者和16例慢性肾病患者进行磁共振扩散加权成像,测取正常肾脏皮、髓质以及慢性肾病时肾脏的ADC值。结果:正常成年人在不同b值(300、500、800s/mm2)下:1肾脏皮、髓质的ADC值(×10-3mm2/s)分别为:3.01±0.63,2.72±0.57;2.69±0.41,2.48±0.42;2.59±0.45,2.28±0.51;2左、右侧肾脏平均ADC值分别为:2.90±0.34,2.72±0.24,2.45±0.21;2.91±0.30,2.54±0.16,2.52±0.28;3男、女性肾脏平均ADC值分别为:2.92±0.32,2.65±0.17,2.50±0.22;2.90±0.27,2.55±0.25,2.47±0.22;4肾脏ADC值与年龄的相关系数分别为:0.226、0.208、0.067。5慢性肾病患者肾脏ADC值分别为:2.18±0.19,2.01±0.28,1.87±0.17。结论:正常成年人,肾脏皮质ADC值大于髓质,左侧、右侧及男性、女性肾脏ADC值之间无显著性差异,年龄与肾脏ADC值之间无显著相关性;慢性肾病患者肾脏ADC值低于正常人。
