摘要
目的探讨三镜联合治疗胆囊并胆总管结石的适宜方法及临床价值。方法对71例经彩超、ERCP诊断胆囊并胆总管结石的患者,根据检查结果将EST、ENBD、LC、LCDE及胆道镜按3种不同的组合模式实施治疗。结果该组手术均获成功。ERCP+EST取石+LC36例,ERCP+ENBD+LC+LCDE+胆道镜取石19例,ERCP+LC+LCDE+胆道镜取石+T管引流16例。结论三镜以3种不同的组合模式治疗胆囊并胆总管结石是安全有效的方法。
[Objective] To explore the optimal methods and clinical value of laparoscopy combined with endoscopy in treating cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis. [Methods] 71 patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis, which were diagnosed by colour ultrasound and ERCP, were respectively treated with EST, ENBD, LC, LCDE and choledochoscopy which were combined according to 3 different patterns.
