Analysis of Firm Network's Conformation Based on Knowledge Sharing

随着工业经济范式向知识经济范式的变革,知识正成为企业的重要资源。本文从知识观视角,通过企业间知识共享的博弈关系,阐释企业合作行为以及企业网络的形成,并借助生态学的Logistic模型,描述了在星型结构和蛛网结构的企业网络中,知识共享程度与企业网络结构之间的关系。

Along with the conversion from Industry Economy Paradigm to Knowledge Economy Paradigm,knowledge turns out to be an important resource in enterprise.This article illustrates the collaboration between enterprises and the formation of the firm network with Game from the aspect of the Knowledge theory.And it interprets the relationship between Knowledge Sharing and the firm network s structure in the concentration of subcontractors around dominant firm network.
