试论我国公平与效率冲突的必然性

The Certainty of Conflict between Equity and Efficiency in China

公平与效率的关系问题一直为各国学者所关注。尤其是在我国,近几年来随着经济的迅速发展,公平与效率之间的冲突越来越尖锐,甚至已经影响到了社会的长治久安。笔者认为,在我国,公平与效率的矛盾是有一定的必然性的,这主要是由客观和主观两方面的原因造成的。

The issue of the relationship between equity and efficiency has been of concern for national scholars.Especially in China,in recent years,With the rapid development of economy the conflict of equity and efficiency is increasingly intense,and even has affected the community s long-term stability.I think the conflict between equity and efficiency in China has its certainty because of subjectivet and objective aspects.
