不典型川崎病患儿的临床分析

Clinical analysis of kawasali disease

目的分析不典型川崎病的临床表现及实验室检查资料,为早期诊断提供依据。方法回顾总结2000~2006年我院收治的不典型川崎病患儿30例。结果首诊误诊率高达66.7%。结论提高对不典型川崎病的认识,及时完善相关检查,尽早明确诊断,合理治疗,减少冠状动脉的损伤。

Objective:Analyze clinical manifestation and laboratory inspection data of Kawasaki Disease.Methods:Sum up 30 examples Kawasaki sickness in my hospital from 2000 to 2006.Results:Examine error and diagnostic rate reaching as high as 66.7%.Conclusion:Enhance the vigilance of Kawasaki Disease,consummate the correlation inspection promptly,make clear about the diagnosis and the treatment as soon as possible,reduce the coronary artery damage.
