妊娠期血小板减少65例临床分析 被引量：2

Clinical analysis of 65 patients with gestational thrombocytopenia

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期血小板减少对母婴的影响及相关治疗。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2007年12月65例妊娠期血小板减少患者的临床资料。结果89.24%(58/65)属于轻度血小板减少(50-100×109/L),剖宫产和自然分娩两种方式出血量比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。产后血小板多在一周内恢复正常。结论妊娠期血小板减少母婴预后好,妊娠期血小板减少在妊娠期不需特殊治疗,除非伴有临床出血症状,妊娠期血小板减少产妇应以产科指征决定分娩方式。 Objective:To observe the effect of gestational thrombocytopenia(GT)on mother and fetal and determine the optimal management.Methods:The clinical date of 65 patients with GT from January 2005 to December 2007 in our hospital was analyzed restrospectively.Results:89.24%GT cases(58/65)had mild thrombocytopenia(50-100×109/L).There was no difference of blood lost between vaginal delivery and cesarean section(P>0.05).Platelets counts usually recovered to normal in one week after delivery.Conclusion:Pregnant wo...
