摘要
基于柔性多体动力学理论,借助虚拟样机技术,在微机平台上搭建了计算机辅助集成技术(CAX)辅助集成分析环境.建立了某型号发动机曲轴系统的虚拟样机模型,并对该系统进行了真实工况下的仿真分析,给出了系统中相关零部件的时域分析图,得到了关键部件曲轴的实时应力和危险部位.仿真结果与理论分析基本一致,为虚拟样机在曲轴分析中的可行性应用提供了理论参考.
A PC-based CAX integrated analysis environment is first established using the flexible multi-body dynamics and virtual prototyping technology.Then,a virtual prototyping model is developed for a specific engine crankshaft system.
