临床医学专业全科医学方向本科学生对全科医学教育认知的调查与分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解临床医学专业全科医学方向学生对近5年来的全科医学教育的态度和认知情况。方法应用问卷对52名实习学生进行调查,问卷内容包括对全科医学专业设置的看法、对全科医学专业教育的建议、对社区卫生服务的认知情况等。结果94.34%学生赞成在地方性高等医学院校设置全科医学专业。最为必要或需要增加学时的课程依次是急诊与急救(54.72%)、社区预防与保健(33.96%)、社区家庭护理学(20.75%)、老年医学与老年保健(16.98%)、社区卫生服务管理(15.09%)等。结论学生赞成在地方性高等医学院校设置全科医学专业,且愿意报考该专业。学校需适当调整全科医学课程设置。 Objective To investigate the attitude and recognition of general practice education by undergraduates majoring in general practice medicine of clinical medicine.Methods Totally 52 undergraduates were enrolled,and their views of specialty setup and suggestion of professional education of general practice,and recognition of the community health service were surveyed by questionnaires.Results Some 94.34% the students supported the setup of general practice medicine specialty in local high medical colleges.The subjects that need to be increased in class hours were orderly Emergency and First Aid(54.72%),Community Prevention and Health Care(33.96%),Community Family Nursing(20.75%),Geratological Medicine and Health Care(16.98%),and Community Medical Service and management(15.09%).Conclusion The students endorse the establishment of general practice medicine specialty in local high medical colleges,and they are willing to register for this specialty.The general practice curriculum of general practice medicine should be adjusted.
