摘要
本文针对全科医学理论培训中存在的4个问题,即医学基础知识不够扎实、知识的融会贯通意识不强、对社区卫生服务本质的理解不够深刻、培训工作过多地注重技能的培训而缺乏对思想和心态的培养进行剖析,通过具体的例子,进行了基于教师视角的经验分析。
According to the four problems of theoretical training for General Practice,namely lack of a solid foundation of medical knowledge;weak of knowledge mastery;superficiality of the nature of community health services;neglected the cultivation of ideology and mentality instead of Skills,the paper provided some experiences based on teachers perspectives by some detailed examples.
