文章对改革开放后我国产业结构和就业结构变动的一般规律进行了实证分析,对工业化道路新阶段产业结构的特征进行了国际比较,通过产业结构变动的视角分析了就业结构变动的规律。

Since the economic reform in 1978,China s industrial structure and employment have changed greatly.This paper makes a positive analysis on the topic about industrial structure and employment,compares characteristics of industrial structure in different countries in their process of industrialization and makes a study of general laws of industrial structure change in view of industrial structure.
