PPH联合电钳外痔切除术治疗重度痔临床疗效分析

目的:探讨吻合器痔上粘膜环切术(PPH)联合电钳外痔切除术治疗重度痔的临床价值。方法:将180例重度痔患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组应用PPH联合电钳外痔切除术,对照组应用吻合器痔上粘膜环切术(PPH),观察术后尿潴留、术后肛门疼痛程度、术后便血、住院时间、术后复发、术后肛门狭窄等指标。结果:研究组在术后复发的指标上显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。手术时间,术后尿潴留,术后疼痛程度,住院时间,术后肛门狭窄等指标两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PPH联合电钳外痔切除术治疗重度痔优于吻合器痔上粘膜环切术。

Objective:To discuss the clinical significance of the Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids (PPH) treatment to the patients with severe hemorrhoids.
