电刺激迷走神经对急性胰腺炎大鼠血清细胞因子的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨电刺激迷走神经对急性胰腺炎大鼠血清细胞因子的影响。方法:健康Wistar大鼠108只,随机分为假手术组、对照组及迷走神经刺激组,分别测定3组不同时段血清中TNF-a、IL-6、IL-10的含量变化。结果:假手术组各细胞因子均处于较低水平;对照组较假手术组各个时段细胞因子水平都明显升高,而迷走神经刺激组细胞因子TNF-a、IL-6在1h、12h、24h、36h、48h、72h明显较假手术组升高,但是其与对照组相比明显降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);迷走神经刺激组保护性细胞因子IL-10在发病初1h升高,与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在12~72h,IL-10升高明显与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电刺激迷走神经能够降低胰腺炎大鼠血清损伤性细胞因子TNFa、IL-6的释放,升高保护性细胞因子IL-10。
