摘要
脑膜瘤占颅内肿瘤的13%～26%,其中绝大多数是可以治愈的。但由于脑膜瘤在颅内分布广泛,常会累及颅内重要血管、神经和硬脑膜形成物,给外科治疗带来困难。
Objective To review the experience with microsurgical removal of large meningiomas in the falx cerebri and sagittal sinuses. Methods Sixty-seven cases were analyzed retrospectively. The tumors originated in the sagittal sinus in 26, falx cerebri in 30 and involved in both the sagittal sinus and falx cerebri in 11.
