MR温度图及信号强度值在超声开放家兔血脑屏障中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨MR温度图和信号强度值在检测聚焦超声波联合微泡开放家兔血脑屏障中的作用。方法:35只家兔分空白对照组、单微泡组、单超声波组和超声波+微泡组,以频率1.1MHz,功率6W,照射时间6秒、8秒、10秒、12秒、14秒、16秒、20秒。应用MRGRE序列实时监测靶点峰值温度,MR增强扫描照射点信号强度值SI0、照射点增强前后信号强度改变值SI1及照射点和对侧脑组织对应点信号强度差值SI2,以观察靶点BBB开放,以及组织病理学检查。结果:照射点峰值温度随照射时间增加而升高。在照射时间14秒、峰值温度下SI1、SI2与照射时间和峰值温度成正向变化关系;而照射时间超过14秒、峰值温度大于51.5℃,SI1、SI2反而降低。组织病理学提示照射时间超过14秒、峰值温度大于51.5℃情况下脑组织出现坏死。结论:将MR温度图和MR信号强度检测相结合,可以检测聚焦超声波联合微泡开放家兔血脑屏障开放状态。 Objective:MR temperature map and MR signal intensity were analyzed to study the safety and efficiency of rabbit blood-brain barrier disruption induced by fucosed ultrasound with the existence of microbubble.Methods:All 35 rabbits were devided into 4 groups :contral,microbubble group,ultrasound group and ultrasound with microbubble group.Peak temperature in the locations were obtained at the same time of sonication.Within the following two hours,MR contrast was injected via vein and T1 weighted images were g...
