摘要
运用问卷调查法、实验法,通过对西安市男子柔道队参加比赛的16名运动员减重前、后主观感觉、身体成分的对比研究,发现两种不同控体重方法(缓慢减重法和快速减重法)的利害之处,为教练员和运动员提供合理的控体重方法。
Through using the method of experiment we did comparable study of fast reduce body weight and slowly reduce body weight of Xi an male Judo athlete before match,to know difference between the two types of the method by means of test the athletes body composition.The scientific theory of reduces body weight was presented to training practice.
