摘要
增强学生体质、促进学生身心的健康发展,是当前高校体育工作的重要内容。健美操作为一项新兴的体育项目,在各高校越来越受到女大学生的欢迎。通过研究表明健美操锻炼可以有效提高女大学生的生理、心理健康总体水平。
Today,in the research of physical education , it is the important contents to increase the students’ constitution and accelerate the development of the students’ body and mind .Aerobics as a new sports item ,is given more and more population by female college students.The research expresses that aerobics can improve effectively the healthy standard of exercisers physiology and phychology.
