新生儿两种置胃管方法的对比

The comparison between two different ways of insertion of gastric tube for neonates

目的为新生儿安置胃管选择最佳途径提供依据。方法对2004年10月-2006年7月,在我院新生儿科住院的48例需放置胃管的新生儿进行随机分组,分为常规经鼻置管组和经口置管组,对2组一次性成功率、置管需要的时间、置管时的不良反应进行比较。结果经口放置胃管的一次成功率高,对患儿的不良反应少,置管所需要的时间少。2组比较,P<0.05,有统计学差异。结论新生儿适合经口置胃管。

Objective To select the best pathway for insertion of gastric tube for neonates.Methods 48 neonates hospitaled in the neonate department from october 2004 to july 2006 were randomly divided into routine peroral gastric tube group and transnasal gastric tube group and compared the first success rate,the duration of gastric catheterization and the adverse effects.Results The higher first success rate,the fewer adverse effects and the duration of gastric catheterization were observed in the peroral gastric tub...
