高炉炼铁的过程中,要产生附属产品高炉煤气,此时高炉煤气温度高、压力大、含尘量大,比肖夫塔的任务就是对高炉煤气进行降温降压和除尘,其中环缝(AGE)就是保证高炉顶压和洗涤效果的执行元件,环缝控制直接影响高炉的正常运行。
In the 2200 m3 blast furnace ironmaking process,will have a Blast Furnace Gas. Then Blast Furnace Gas has a high temperature,high pressure and a large amount of dust. Bischoff s task is to cool down the Blast Furnace Gas and reduce its pressure and remove its dust. AGE is the implementation of components to ensure that the pressure at the top of the BF is normal and the washing is effective. AGE control directly affect the normal operation of Blast Furnace.
