高血压食管贲门癌患者围术期管理

Perioperation management of high blood pressure in esophagus and cardia carcinoma patients

目的探讨高血压食管贲门癌手术病例围术期治疗方法。方法对2000年1月-2002年12月食管贲门癌手术162例中合并高血压患者39例的临床资料进行总结。结果所有病例均顺利完成手术,无手术死亡病例。术前治疗3d～7d,平均4.5d;术后8d～12d拆线,平均9d。结论加强围术期的管理可提高手术的安全性,选择合适的术式可降低并发症发生率。

Objective To discuss the perioperative treatmet of high blood pressure in esophagus and cardia carcinoma patients.Methods From January 2000 to December 2002, data in 39 cases of esophagus and cardia carcinoma patients with high blood pressure were reviewed, in 162 esophagus and cardia carcinoma patients.
