雷公藤多甙联合甘草酸二铵治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of glycosides of diammonium glycyrrhizinate and radix tripterygii on hormone dependence facial dermatitis

目的评价雷公藤多甙联合甘草酸二铵治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法治疗组口服中成药雷公藤多甙片联合甘草酸二铵及面部冷敷;对照组口服西替利嗪、VitC。2组均于2个月后观察疗效。结果2个月后治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为85.7%,30.7%(P<0.01),差异有非常显著性意义。结论雷公藤多甙联合甘草酸二铵治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎效果较好,可供临床选择。
