做好大学生就业工作是落实科学发展观、提高办学质量、保证高职教育持续健康快速发展的核心要求。高职院校要积极探索实践"工学结合"模式,切实加强实施有效地就业指导,拓宽毕业生就业渠道,提高就业率,保证就业质量,促进高职院校又好又快地发展。
Employment work is the higher vocational educational core requirements for implementing the scientific developing concept , improving the quality and guaranteeing the development of college healthily and rapidly. We should practice "Engineering Integration" model, strengthen employment guidance, widen employment channels, increase the employment rate and ensure employment quality in order to develop the higher vocational and technical colleges better and faster.
