摘要 薪酬体系的建立和完善是企业提升竞争优势的重要手段,战略薪酬强调运用薪酬的激励导向引导员工行为与企业的目标和战略一致。 developping and perfectting a good salary system is the importment way to improve the companies competitiveness. Strategy compensation enhances that we should guide the action of staff consisting with the goal of the company by using the salary s inspiring.
