鼻内镜手术治疗真菌球型鼻窦炎疗效观察

Treatment for Fungus Ball Sinusitis by Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的探讨鼻内镜外科技术在治疗真菌球型鼻窦炎中的价值。方法所有患者在全麻下行鼻内镜鼻窦清创术,并随访6~24个月,观察患者术后情况。结果所有患者手术顺利,经病理确诊为真菌感染,随访6~24个月,全部治愈。结论鼻内镜手术是治疗真菌球型鼻窦炎较为理想的方法,术中彻底清除病灶是手术成功的关键。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS) for fungus ball sinusitis.Methods All patients were given endoscopic sinus debridement in general anesthesia and 6～24 months follow-up.Results All patients went through the operations smoothly and were pathologically confirmed as fungal infections.After 6～24-month follow-up,all were healed well.Conclusion ESS is an ideal method of treating fungus ball sinusitis.The key point of successful operations is to eliminate foci of infection thoroughly.
