住房问题一直是困扰世界各国的难题,怎样解决住房问题是摆在世界各国政府面前的现实而严峻的的课题,世界各国的经济学家提出了多种解决方案,然而最受推崇的是廉租房制度,通过为低收入阶层提供住房救助,为他们提供廉租房,为他们带来福音,以期可以在全社会实现居者有其屋的目标。

Housing problem has been universal all over the world.How to solve the housing problem is a realistic and tough project these governments are faced with.Of the various solutions economists have come up with,the lower-rent housing system is the most wildly accepted one.It provides the low-income class with housing relief with a view to achieving the goal that each resident has a house to live in.
