随着网络技术的不断进步,网络地理信息系统已成为GIS领域中一个最新的发展方向,涌现了许多全新的概念和技术,为在互联网上发展三维的地理应用创造了大量的机会。本文介绍了目前这一领域技术的发展和取得的成果,并对这一领域的主要技术和未来的研究方向做了简要而全面的论述.
With the development of the Web,3D Web-GIS now stands for the latest emerging and one of the highest technologies in this field.3D Web-GIS created a large number of opportunities for development and deployment of 3D geographic contents for the Internet.This paper introduced recent achievementsin developing in this technology.A brief discussion was conducted to address maintechnologies ahead and future research directions in this field.
