加强和改进思想政治工作是我们党的优良传统。实现企业思想政治工作现代化 ,必须以江泽民“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,始终站在时代发展前列 ,适应社会主义现代化建设需要 ,对思想政治工作的传统观念、内容、方式、方法、手段和管理体制等进行创新变革 ,总结新经验 ,探索新途径 ,使思想政治工作充满生机和活力 。

Strengthening and improving ideological and political work is the Party's fine tradition. To realize the modernization of ideological and political work in enterprises, we must, stress the followings: be guided under the important ideology of Jiang Zemin's ' Three Representatives'; persistently stand in the forefront of the development of the times; meet the needs of the construction of socialist modernization; innovate and reform traditional idea, content, pattern, method, means and managerial system; sum up new experiences, explore new path; make the ideological and political work full of life and vigor and become a strong spiritual motive force and intellectual support to economic development and social advances.
