胫腓骨开放性骨折并皮肤缺损的二期治疗

The Treatment of open fractures of the Tibia and Fibula with the defect of skin

目的:探讨胫腓骨开放性骨折并皮肤缺损的二期治疗原则和方法。方法:对25例患者在应用有效足量抗生素,彻底清除病灶的基础上,不同的创面采用不同的闭合方法,骨折采用半环槽式外固定器械加压固定。结果:所有病例均于术后14～30d,平均20d,创面完全愈合。骨折术后4～13个mo,平均7个mo骨性愈合。结论:采用上述措施,简化和缩短了治疗过程,半环槽式骨外固定器应用于胫腓骨开放性骨折并皮肤缺损显示出独特的优越性。

Objective:To investigate the priciples and methods of the open fracture of the Tibia and Fibula with the defect of skin.Methods:twenty-five patients.After enough effecive antibiotic administration and complete debridement.As soon as the different surface of wound was healed up based on different ways.Fractures immobilization was done by external fixation device.Results:All the patients had bone union within 4 to 13 months(mean 7 months)the wound heal within 14-30 days(mean 20 days).Conclusions:The compound method simplified and shortened the treatment,Extermal fixation be used in open fractures of the Tibia and Fibula with the defect of soft tissue and showed it ,s distinct advantanges.
