改良尿道会师术治疗后尿道断裂14例

A Modified Technique of Urethral Reunion Operation in 14 Cases

目的:对后尿道断裂尿道会师术进行改良,探讨其治疗效果。方法:经膀胱尿道会师术后留置双腔气囊导尿管,从膀胱颈4点、8点处采用10号丝线缝向会阴,使后尿道两端复位固定。结果:该方法治疗后尿道断裂14例,治愈率78.6%(11/14),1例(7.1%)阳萎,无尿失禁,3例(21.4%)需尿道扩张。结论:改良尿道会师术具有操作简单,手术时间短,疗效好,并发症和后遗症少等优点。

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of a modified technique of urethral reunion operation for posterior urethra rupture. Methods: After urethral realignment and detained a Foleys catheter, A long straight needle with NO. 10 silk suture was penetrated through the bladder neck at 4 point and 8 point seperately to the perineum. Results: The new technique was used in 14 patients with posterior urethral rupture and excellent results were showed. The cure rate was 78.6%, 1 case has impotence, 3 cases needed to perform urethral dilatation, No urinary incontinence was found. Conclusions: The modified technique has the advantages of simple operation, short time of surgery, good effect, and less complication.
