金属烤瓷修复体制作的临床体会

Experience of Making Porcelain Fused Metal(PFM) Restoration

目的:探讨金属烤瓷修复体在制作中出现的问题及补救措施,如何提高金属烤瓷修复工艺的技术问题。方法:选择近4a制作的230例,共260件金属烤瓷修复体,记录在制作中出现的问题。结果:铸造缺陷4件,占1.54%,瓷裂5件,占1.92%,气泡9件,占3.46%,色泽不协调8件,占3.1%。结论:金属烤瓷修复体的制作是一个复杂而细致的过程,其中任何一个环节的失误都可能导致修复体的失败,因此在制作时提高熟练程度,每一步都严格遵循操作规程,才能获得最好的修复效果。

Objectives:To probe into the key points of making porcelain fused metal restorations and to analyze the probable problems in the manufacture process and the related remedy measures.Methods:Selecting 260 pieces of porcelain fused metal (PFM) restorations for 230 cases to analyze the probable problems in the manufacture process.Results:Of the made PFM restorations,there are 4 pieces with cast defect(1.54%),5 pieces with fractured porcelain (1.92%),9 pieces with air bubble (3.46%) and 8 cases with unsatisfied color(3.10%).Conclusions:It is a complicated and delicate process to make porcelain fused metal restorations.A tiny mistake in the manufacture process may lead to a completely failure and therefore the makers must abide by all the manipulation rules and regulations in each step.Otherwise it will be impossible to get the best effect.
