摘要
世界经济的竞争取决于人才的竞争 ,而振兴教育关键在于师资 ;对教师素质的研究 ,应当很重视教师的教育行为对学生学习成就的影响 ;而从“教育意识”入手 ,揭示形成教师良好而适宜的教育行为的内动力 。
World ecnomic competition depends on the competition f a person's ability, but the keys of vilalizing deucation lies in the teachers. At present, the studies of the teachers attaches more importance to the influence of teacher action to student' leaning achievement. This paper starts with 'Education consciousness' and shows the interior intention which forms better and appropiate educatin action of teachers.
