A Study on the Population Structure and Distribution Pattern of the Endangered and Rare Plant Rhododendron Huadingense

研究华顶杜鹃 (Rhododendronhuadingense)种群的高度结构、径级结构和年龄结构 ;应用聚集度指标、Iwao方程和Taylor幂法则模型等测定方法分析了该种群的空间分布格局 结果表明 ,华顶杜鹃的株数随基径级的增加而逐渐减少 ;高度级和年龄级结构近似正态分布 ;

This paper deals with the height structure,diameter class structure and age structure of Rhododendron huadingense population,analyzes its spatial distribution pattern using aggregate index and Iwao's equation and Taylor's model.It results that,along with the increase of the diameter class,the numbers of Rhododendron huadingense become fewer and fewer,and among all the Rhododendron huadingense individuals,the number of the medium-sized ones are the most.The distribution patterns in three quadrats are clump.Rhododendron huadingense is a precious and rare species,it is on the verge of extinction.
