摘要
本研究以评价理论为指导 ,在调研相关资料的基础上 ,运用系统理论、专家咨询、层次分析、统计分析等理论方法 ,研究并建立了一套适合我军医学科研工作特点及需要的科研课题评价指标体系。该体系量化可比、具有较强的适用性。
In this paper, based on the appraising theory and related data, a few methods were used such as systematic theory, Delphi method, AHP method and statistical analysis to establish an evaluation index system. This system is suitable for the practical work of military medical scientific research management, it appears the high applicability, guidance and easy manipulation.
