摘要
为探讨我国的科研项目评估方法的先进性 ,本文介绍了国内外科研项目评估的主要方法 ,阐述了科研项目评估的主要方法的定义、用途及其优缺点 。
To discuss the priority of the evaluation method of science and research(s&r) projects in China, the author presents the main internal and external evaluation methods of s&r projects, and explicates the definition, use, advantage and disadvantage of these main methods in order to provide references for accurate evaluation of the various evaluation methods of s&r projects.
