摘要
提高设备管理质量的关键在于人才与知识。将人才培养与知识管理贯穿于设备管理的全过程 ,注重设备的购置质量和维修质量 ,运用现代信息技术 ,做好设备的专管共用 ,以人为本 ,加强经济管理 。
As we know, the intellectuals and knowledge are the keys to the improvement of the quality of the equipments management. So the cultivation and management of the intellectuals be combined in the whole process of the equipments' management. Emphasizing the quality of equipments to be bought and maintenance, we should achieve the communal and competitive utilization of equipments by using modern information technology. Bringing the potentials into full play, we should strengthen the economic management and promote the equipments utilization to a higher level.
