摘要
为探讨军队医院如何参与法医门诊 ,作者结合工作实践 ,阐述了 1坚持专家鉴定原则 ,稳定法医门诊队伍 ;2坚持客观公正原则 ,营造清正的法制环境 ;3坚持非赢原则 。
To discuss how to attend the leagal medical clinic for the military hospital, the author illustrated following experience with practice, first, persisting in priciple of specialist judgement to stablize the clinic legal medical experts team. second, persisting in priciple of objectiveness and justness to build fair legal circumstance, third, persisting in priciple of profitlessness to build splendid image.
