同朔灾害史述论

On the Disaster History of Tong-Shuo District

干旱是同朔地区第一位的灾害,但历史以来并非一成不变,较早时期干旱频度低,灾害轻或不常出现,较后愈演愈烈。同朔地区干旱之间常发生洪涝,有的世纪频度也不低,充分表现了大陆性季风气候所带来的不稳定性特点。

Drought is the first disaster in Tong-Shuo district,but it isn't sustainable.In ancient time,drought didn?t appeared frequently and the disaster wasn?t serious and seldom happened.But later,it became more and more serious.In the interval of drought,flood often appeared and it had a high century rate.All these show that it was just the continental seasonal climate that brought the unsteady characters.
